Our four pillars

These four pillars are much like roots; a seed’s roots anchor it and provide access to nourishment for its growth. SEED’s pillars anchor us to our purpose and enable us to support the educational growth of our community. Each pillar strengthens SEED’s core values by considering the environmental and social impacts of our actions.

Support – SEED provides support to all learners, with a particular focus on those with special learning needs.

Enrich – SEED enriches lives by building learning skills & encouraging curiosity and critical thinking; students, teachers, and parents all benefit.

Educate – SEED educates and engages the community about the social-educational issues being faced by today’s students, teachers, and parents.

Develop – SEED develops a learning community by guiding & mentoring students, and by conducting research to inform educators about new, applicable strategies for the classroom and beyond.
